A little about me...
I became a health coach because I know what it’s like to feel tired, stuck, and not quite yourself.
Like many women over 50, I went through my own struggles with energy, sleep, confidence, and the changes that come with midlife. But through my own journey, I discovered that with the right support, a few sustainable lifestyle tweaks, and a shift in mindset, it’s entirely possible to feel vibrant, balanced, and confident again.
Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same, to reclaim their energy, vitality, and self-belief, and to approach this stage of life with positivity and purpose. I truly believe that lasting change doesn’t come from overhauling everything overnight - it starts with small, meaningful steps and a fresh perspective on what’s possible.
