Like many women over 50 I've faced challenges with energy, sleep, focus, confidence - and navigating the many changes that come with menopause. Midlife can feel overwhelming at times, but it can also be a period of incredible empowerment, excitement and renewed vitality. This is how I choose to show up now and I would love to help you rediscover your inner glow and feel like yourself again.
